Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Accounting, Business or a comparable discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Income Tax and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Annual Budget, variances and forecasts.
∎ Prepare monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements.
∎ Monthly bank reconciliations.
∎ Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure recovery plan is in place.
∎ Oversee Products Costing.
∎ Raise all invoices and requests for payment.
∎ Resolve all supplier enquirers.
∎ Maintain Fixed Assets and materials Inventory Management Systems by supervising the record of all items in the inventory.
∎ Calculate indirect taxes & tax returns ensuring comply with NBR and reporting other direct tax requirements.
∎ Produce Cash flow forecasting.
∎ Prepare analysis of financial information for monitoring reports when required.
∎ Plans financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes.
∎ Assesses compliance with financial regulations and controls by executing audit program steps; testing general ledger, account balances, balance sheets, income statements, and related financial statements; examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and surety to documentation.
∎ Provide financial control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Any other job assigns by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have CA background from any reputed CA farm.
∎ Should have good knowledge about Finance, Accounting, Auditing and Taxation including VAT.
∎ Experienced in analytical, detail-oriented, organizational, strong communication skills, excellent math skills.
