Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform day to day administrative activities of the factories.
∎ Responsible for legal, compliance, code of conduct, grievance handling, general administration, etc.
∎ Total factory property management.
∎ Total local environment and location issues with all stakeholders for the continuous operation and running of the plant.
∎ Manage all local police and administrative issues with local authorities and peripheral communities.
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues as per law and resolve employees grievance.
∎ Prepare, review, monitor and uniform practice of company policies throughout the cement factory.
∎ Closely maintain liaison and coordination with Govt. department in implementing guidelines and other statutory requirements to ensure the social compliance standard throughout the cement factory.
∎ To provide prompt support to compliance and other departments of the factory on the issues related to social compliance and different GO requirements.
∎ Be proactive and self-motivated to identify/asses and ensure all safety measures pertinent to fire hazard, employee first aid facility, structural safety of the establishments, overall security of company lives and properties.
∎ Always maintain neat and tidy work environment all over the factory and ensure all required health and hygiene-related factors at all times.
∎ Significantly contribute to maintaining a congenial work environment among all line managers and departments of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytically ability.
∎ Should have strong communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer.
∎ Should be sincere, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
