Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Labor Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Admin, Human Resources & Development, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct, Recruitment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading, organizing, motivating and controlling the HR team as per the company rule and regulations, existing labor laws and local laws.
∎ Must have experiences to Implementing compliance policy, procedures and sustain the code of ethics throughout the organization for SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ISO9001, OCS, GOTS, C-TPAT, Technical Audit of buyer such as Next, TESCO, M&S, Inditex-Zara, Okaidi & Accord requirements.
∎ Provide Corrective action plan & implement the plan with maintain close contact & relation with buyer and auditor.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable law at workplace Environment, Health, Safety & Security issue in the organization.
∎ Develop HR Policies and Procedures- for all aspects of personnel management-recruitment, retention, corrective action, training and staff development, benefits and compensation, employee grievance resolution and etc.
∎ Researching, developing and implementing the best practices of HR as a part of Human Resources Development.
∎ Implement and monitor Groups HR plan and policies in the Business Unit and provide full and professional HR services to the Business Unit
∎ Ensure congenial IR (Industrial Relations) environment in the Business Unit and provide appropriate advices while dealing with workers representatives.
∎ Take disciplinary action in accordance with the labor laws.
∎ Implement HR functional excellence, Succession Planning, Leadership pipeline & coaching for carrying out the Training & Development Plans for future.
∎ Provide advice and counsel to employees on various matters including career progression, education programs and conflict resolution.
∎ Have to involve in strategic decision-making process & Role playing as a Business partner by HR, Administrative & compliance activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Written and Verbal Communication skills both in English and Bengali.
∎ Leadership ability to motivate the team-mates and a team player.
∎ Inter-personal communication skills.
∎ Well-organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook).
