Job Context:
∎ Monitor, supervise, control overall Administration of HO & Factory, and ensure implementation of different policies and procedures in accordance with labor law, company rules and policy.
∎ Maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets, and other movable and immovable properties of HO & Factory.
∎ Maintain Health, Safety, Security, and house Keeping issues of HO & Factory as per the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006.
∎ Ensure all kinds of installation and maintenance of Fixed Assets such as Machinery, Furniture and Fixtures, Electrical Equipment, Generator, Civil Construction, ETP, Gas Line etc.
∎ Ensure renewal of license (fire license, factory license, boiler license, etc) and certificate (environment, No Objection Certificate for factory setup, investment board certificate, corporation certificate, boiler operator competency certificate, etc).
∎ Must ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per company code of conduct and its certification like BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD ALLIANCE etc.
∎ Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency Contact.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Time to Time visit to the office floor & production floor
∎ Maintain and control Utility services and accommodation.
∎ Ensuring office cleanliness.
∎ Liaison with Govt. Law Enforcing Agencies and solving administrative disputes if any.
∎ Ensure approval and availability of Office stationery to the employees as per requirement.
∎ Ensure seating arrangements for new employees.
∎ Ensure effective Time Management of all employees.
∎ Strong Interpersonal communication & management skills.
∎ Must have good communication skills in both English and Bangla languages.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
