∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute, coordinate, monitor and manage Import related works & practical knowledge on capital machinery import & clearing from port under PLANT facility of Textile Industry.
∎ Handling C & F agents, transport company, transportation of goods from destination port to factory site and all ports related jobs, Execute, monitor, manage L/C related work, follow up shipment , documents handover to the C & F agents to release consignment within proper time without any demurrage at off dock or shipping line.
∎ Assist in preparation all files regarding opening of L/C and submit to bank as instructed. Maintain, updated import records/data .
∎ Operations regarding HS code, Machinery layout plan, Customs Act, Import Policy and Export Policy, Bond formalities, Insurance and other related laws applicable for Import.
∎ Prepare all Commercial Import and Export documents (bill of exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Buyer Packing List, Truck challan, Beneficiary Certificate, Shipping Bill etc.) and others documents prepare for Buyer, Customs and Bank purpose.
∎ Maintain continuous communication with all concerned department/team regard it products-L/C/order status, shipment status, vessel position & customs work process & planning delivery date to factory side.
∎ Having ability of duty calculation, C & F and transport bill process. Keep communication with Bank, Shipping Company, Freight Forwarder, C & F Agents, Transport Companies, Port & Customs Officials including all governments' authorities.
∎ Sound knowledge on SRO activities, Tariffs and Incoterms related to Textile spare parts & machinery.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Required good knowledge in Export-Import, HS Code & SRO.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
∎ Used to work in MS-Word and Excel.
∎ Should be self-motivated, honest, sincere and hard working
Salary: Negotiable
