Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor customer satisfaction levels regularly using feedback tools and propose improvement initiatives.
∎ Assist in developing and maintaining customer care protocols to ensure a smooth and efficient service process.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and general complaints promptly and professionally.
∎ Coordinate with other departments (sales, installation, technical) to ensure service delivery and issue resolution.
∎ Maintain regular communication with valued clients and landowners to build strong relationships.
∎ Supervise and guide customer care representatives to ensure effective pre and post-sales support.
∎ Support the implementation of a customer-centric approach across the team.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to assist in service improvements.
∎ Report day-to-day operations and key customer concerns to the Departmental Head.
∎ Assist in the creation of a one-stop customer care solution through efficient team collaboration.
