Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Deying, Knitting, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish the best quality system for the fabric department.
∎ To ensure best quality fabric according to the buyer requirement.
∎ Drive the fabric QA team with technical & efficient manner.
∎ Execute economic and productive Production plans for effective Batch scheduling based on dyeing TOD (Time of delivery)
∎ Adjust Lab to bulk & bulk to bulk recipe and to maximize lab to bulk & bulk to bulk RFT (Right First Time) dyeing.
∎ Responsible for minimization of fabric process loss.
∎ Check dyes combination lab recipe for problem free dyeing.
∎ Real time feedback to respective departments to minimize quality losses.
∎ Arrange Training and motivation to production and quality team.
∎ Take part in raw material control.
∎ Develop the fabrics as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Responsible for smooth & Quality product & control the process for environment safety.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of problems generated in fabrics such as shade colors fastness & other quality parameters.
∎ To provide technical guidance to the team based on buyers requirements.
∎ Analyze the work order status for daily fabric production planning.
∎ Coordinate with the Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Merchandising, Garments & other related Departments.
∎ Supervise constantly to Final QC's for Fabric Inspection in Garments fabric store.
∎ Ensure that the Quality Standard is being met by Forecasting & reviewing the result.
∎ Response & act in the customer complain & query.
∎ Should be expert on wastage control/ utilization.
∎ Develop Discipline, by implementing the Rules & Regulation in Department.
∎ Have to train the subordinates regarding defects
∎ Make a continuous study of work improvement & give report to the higher authority
∎ Production target achievement according to capacity & shipment T & A plan.
∎ To give right decision for major trouble of the process.
∎ Time to time other duties assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Good knowledge on modern quality technical issues.
