∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Complete CA (CC) course.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC
∎ Skills Required: Internal Audit

∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate is expected to have a strong accounting background with sound knowledge in generally accepted accounting principles, computerized accounting programs, Company Law matters, Taxation and other related issues.
∎ Has to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the Organization's goals and objectives.
∎ To plan, organize and conduct internal audit as guided by the management.
∎ To ensure / produce the audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
∎ Communicate the results of audits and reviews via written reports and oral presentations to Senior Management.
∎ To ensure proper documentation system and preserve appropriate audit evidence for future reference.
∎ Work with Senior Management to ensure a strong oversight system is in place and all major risks of the businesses are identified and analyzed regularly.
∎ To coordinate / communicate with concerned department in relation to audit.
∎ To develop / modify audit policy of the organization time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Manufacture
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
