Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan in line with company objectives.
∎ Conduct audits of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
∎ Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
∎ Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, risks, and corrective actions.
∎ Collaborate with management to address audit findings and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
∎ Monitor the organization's risk management framework and suggest enhancements.
∎ Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure audit processes are effective and relevant.
∎ Lead and mentor the audit team, ensuring professional development and effective performance.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.
