∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Computer efficiency is a must. Adequate knowledge on MS Office package, internet browsing, emailing, etc.
∎ Ability to meet deadline.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication skill & leadership.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning for material import under bond license eligibility for footwear manufacturer.
∎ Prepare statements for import and export item material.
∎ Prepare & update In-Bond & Ex-Bond documents & statements on regular basis.
∎ Maintain bond register in line with warehouse stock.
∎ Submit footwear related Utilization Permission (UP) & finalize export.
∎ Material check with H.S Code in line with bond license.
∎ Collect Customs PRC, Bank Certificate, bank NOC for bond documents update
∎ inclusion of H.S Code materials add. & additional item eligibility/prappota from bond office.
∎ Handle bond audit and DEDO Office related all task.
∎ Collect PRC, Bank Certificates, Association Certificate (LFMEAB, BAPA, Etc) for processing CI files.
∎ Submit cash incentive files to Bank /Audit Firm for footwear/ Agro operations.
∎ Need to know activities of explosive department.
∎ Any other related assignment given by the superior/management.
