Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA degree from a reputed university with MBA preferably in marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant must have excellent communication skills in interpersonal communication. Both verbal and writing skills are expected in Bangla and English. He/she must be perfect in presentation techniques.
∎ The applicant must be good at persistent client service. Due to the nature of the job, the applicants have to communicate, understand, convey and consult with various clients.
∎ The applicant must understand the concept of marketing brands. He/she must create and/or nourish brands according to the clients' requirements.
∎ The applicant must have the excellent creative sense to help clients with their brand. He/she must come up with new innovative marketing ideas.
∎ The applicant must understand the clients' psychology and taste in the marketing / creative aspect.
∎ He/ she must have good knowledge about the local and global brands and creative marketing activities.
∎ He/ she must do proper competitor analysis for the clients.
∎ Besides excellent communication skills, it is required that he/she must be good at leading and motivating the team. We are looking for team leaders.
∎ He/she must have clear knowledge about digital marketing tools. We expect him/her to understand digital media and different types of communication methods online.
∎ He/she must be able to create, amend and modify quotations for the clients on behalf of the creative agency.
∎ He/she has to be able to act on any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must be from Advertising / Marketing Agencies
∎ 4 to 5 Yrs experience in Client Service/Brand Management Position in any agency.
∎ BBA/MBA from a reputed university with MBA preferably in marketing
∎ Able to arrange and run meetings with direction, leaving with clear objectives
∎ and tasks
∎ Detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment
∎ Capable of hitting daily deadlines
∎ Exceptional analytical skills
∎ Collaborative planner
