Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree. BBA/ MBA preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing regional business development/ sales plan for whole, corporate and retail wing.
∎ Coordinating the overall regional sales performance and customer retention efforts.
∎ Constantly improving both unit sales and revenue per subscriber through innovation
∎ Work in partnership with all consumer and business sales channels, including contact center, field sales and digital team to develop and implement local tactics, as well as provide feedback on comprehensive sales programs.
∎ Building relationships with potential resellers and make them our business partners
∎ Managing a local expense budget for local sales, marketing, retention and community / partnership investments.
∎ Leveraging corporate sales, wholesale and retail sales and retention tools and adapting to the local market.
∎ Distributing regular communications on results, business case metrics and other insights.
∎ Conducting regular team meetings to enhance teamwork and communicate overall sales, customer service and operational updates
∎ Coordinating projects and programs across multiple business groups to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
∎ Coordinating cross-functional to deliver new products, services and technologies within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
∎ Managing customer communications.
∎ Implementing local marketing and sales tactics to ensure better ROI
∎ Interfacing with local leaders and representing the company as a "brand ambassador" across the community.
∎ Constantly improving the overall customer experience and to retain customers.
∎ Managing churn assets to reduce acquisition costs
∎ Conducting regular periodical business updates to the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Thorough understanding of IIG, Corporate Internet solution, residential broadband, voice and video service solutions, with specific knowledge of the fiber broadband services.
∎ Seven to ten years of sales experience in any reputed ISP
∎ Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Highly collaborative personality with an ability to work cross-functionally and a desire to find win-win solutions
∎ Extensive experience with sales tracking and measurement tools, such as Sales Force as well as ticketing software
∎ Action-oriented who can focus on detailed implementation and execution
∎ Outstanding organization and time management skills; a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a dynamic environment
∎ Ability to travel
∎ Can do attitude
∎ Good selling and negotiation skills.
