∎ Edison Real Estate Ltd. (EREL) is looking for a competent , promising and proactive candidate who will generate efficiently and effectively new deals for joint venture development and sales of apartments at Bashundhara Residential Area for its sister concerns.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having a strong network at Bashundhara Residential Area and workable relationship with land owners
∎ Feasibility study for prospect assessment and risk mitigation.
∎ Negotiating with Landowners for acquisition of their lands.
∎ Primary verifying legal documentation.
∎ Make and maintain relationship with potential apartment buyers and land owners
∎ Close sales of apartments efficiently and effectively.
∎ Market study to identify the competition & execute business plan accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ The incumbent is required with-
∎ • Primary knowledge in new DAP Rules is preferable
∎ • Primary experience in handling land related legal affairs is preferable
∎ • Primary experience in understanding floor layout, designs and drawings is preferable

Salary: Negotiable
