∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing/Sales), Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
∎ Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
∎ MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in marketing, sales or business development in battery sector.
∎ Experience working with Lithium-ion battery sales, energy storage systems, solar projects, electric vehicle infrastructure, or industrial batteries will be highly preferred.
∎ Strong network and working experience with industrial clients, EPC contractors, telecom companies or energy project developers in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have technical know how about all kinds of Battery.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
∎ Strong analytical ability and market insight.
∎ High level of initiative and ability to work independently under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technologies and applications will be considered an asset.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and sales reporting.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for Lithium-ion battery products across Bangladesh.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as renewable energy, electric vehicles (EV), telecom, energy storage systems (ESS) and industrial applications.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, government agencies, EPC companies, industrial users and distributors.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations and technical proposals to clients.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to fine-tune marketing strategies.
∎ Set up distribution channels and dealer networks across key regions.
∎ Collaborate closely with the technical, operations and management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
∎ Represent Gtech in industry fairs, exhibitions and stakeholder meetings.
∎ Regularly report to senior management on market intelligence, sales forecasts and business development progress.
