∎ BBA and MBA or B.Sc in textile engineering from any reputed university. CA/CMA qualified/IPE/IBA graduates will be given preferences.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learning business methodology, yarn production flow chart and its manufacturing process and understanding all department's responsibility are imperative to ensure input to run the whole business smoothly.
∎ knowing lead time of production sub sections, inherent characteristics of products and machines are important to Aid efficient planning, coordination and follow up.
∎ Identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing clients, collaborating with executives to achieve current business performance as well as maximizing business reach and potential are highly sought after by the job.
∎ Preparing business plan and monitoring their implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ 10-16 years of core experience in operation or strategic field of spinning sector. Should have 3-5 years' experience in managerial position.
∎ In case of highly talented candidate, experience other than spinning sector may also be considered.
∎ Good analytical, Computer Literacy, Communication and Interpersonal skill.
