Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate all kind of consumption.
∎ Work on sample pattern, bulk pattern, fitting & consumption
∎ Have to develop samples and to get innovative outputs from sample makers and technicians to meet the requirements of the buyer.
∎ Factory lay-out modification to reduce excess machine & operation.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers demand.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and confirming 100% accurate marker.
∎ Have to do research on Picture Sample of the buyer and to give necessary directions to the technicians and sample man to make patterns and sample according to the Picture Sample.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in any large garments factory.
∎ Must have 2D-Lectra & manual pattern work experience.
