Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • GYM Software Maintenance: Oversee the efficient operation of gym management software, including membership tracking, scheduling, and billing systems. Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide staff training on software functionalities.
∎ • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise gym staff, including personal trainers, front desk personnel, and cleaning staff. Create and manage work schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain high staff morale.
∎ • Operations Management: Manage daily gym operations, including opening and closing procedures, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the facility is clean and safe. Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and supplies.
∎ • Financial Management: Monitor and manage the financial health of the gym, including budgeting, membership sales, and expense control. Prepare financial reports, analyze revenue trends, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
∎ • Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Address member inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience for all gym members. Foster a welcoming and supportive environment.
∎ • Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. Oversee social media presence, organize events, and develop promotional campaigns to boost membership and participation.
∎ • Compliance: Ensure the gym complies with all health, safety, and fitness industry regulations. Conduct regular inspections, maintain necessary certifications, and provide staff training on compliance requirements.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ • Proven experience as a GYM Manager or in a similar role within the fitness industry.
∎ • Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ • Proficiency in gym management software and financial management.
∎ • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
∎ • Experience in marketing and promotions is a plus.
∎ • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ • Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
∎ • MNC Preferable
