Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
∎ Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
∎ In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, quality standards, and local regulations.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering design tools (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, etc.).
∎ Membership with IEB is required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise civil engineering teams in the planning
∎ Drawing, design, and execution of infrastructure and building projects.
∎ Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and BOQs submitted by consultants and internal teams.
∎ Ensure all construction activities adhere to BNBC, ACI, ASTM, and relevant international standards.
∎ Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Oversee site activities including quality control, safety, timeline adherence, and cost management.
∎ Manage budgeting, procurement planning, and resource allocation for civil works.
∎ Evaluate project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
∎ Liaise with government and regulatory authorities for necessary permits and compliance.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans when necessary.
∎ Mentor and guide junior engineers and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
