Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Import Commercial

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the team whose are working import & Deliver business related functions.
∎ Should have clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of customs UPDC-600, HS code & Inco terms -2020.
∎ L/C terms & conditions setting as per requirement of country import policy and our policy.
∎ Preparation of all types of local/foreign BTB and cash L/Cs.
∎ Insurance Cover note & Policy collection with following Company policy & preparation of any kinds of claim related documents.
∎ Checking terms and condition of the given PI carefully whether the goods description, HS Code are correct and available in the bond license.
∎ Preparation of documents/papers for BGMEA/CCI &E certificate Bank guarantee in order to release of capital Machinery/Spare Parts and undertaking.
∎ Regular monitoring & tracking various stages Import/Port.
∎ IP issue from competent authority.
∎ Closely monitor Import Delivery and Follow up to avoid any issue.
∎ Import release/Delivery as per factory urgency, in-house with avoiding any type of demurrage/extra charges, as well as payment follow up as per L/C terms.
∎ Strongly Handle Transport, Forwarder, C & F and Courier.
∎ Negotiation with suppliers for commercial issues like L/C clause, Payment, acceptance, Freight also negotiation with forwarder to deal the FOB import etc.
∎ Monitoring Spare parts, Machinery, Undertaken/indemnity on time release under SRO facility.
∎ Liaison with Bank regarding Bill of Entry overdue extension and on time LC opening
∎ Monitoring everyday fund in various lien banks and synchronizing fund for payment of BTB L/C, Cash L/C and term loan.
∎ Ability to develop commercial activities with using modern technology, to achieved company goals & objectives.
∎ Accept extra duties as situation demands and work efficiently and calmly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Able to handle Port and Customs Operation effectively.
∎ Familiar with commercial correspondence related to Bank.
∎ Custom handling, Import clearance & documentation
∎ At least 12 years’ practical experience in RMG
∎ Must have very good knowledge over import procedure
∎ Must have good team spirit.
