Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage local LC transactions including opening, acceptance, and settlement with banks.
∎ Ensure all LC terms and conditions are met for local suppliers and buyers.
∎ Communicate with banks to resolve LC-related issues and discrepancies.
∎ Manage the acceptance process of financial documents related to local purchases and sales.
∎ Ensure all party acceptance documents are processed on time and in accordance with company policies.
∎ Ensure smooth handling of banking instruments such as demand drafts, payment orders, and bank guarantees.
∎ Liaise with banks for the preparation, modification, and settlement of LCs for local transactions.
∎ Oversee the issuance and verification of Chalan for local product deliveries and returns.
∎ Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that all commercial processes run efficiently.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic reports on commercial activities, party acceptance, LC status, and transaction records to senior management.
∎ Provide feedback to improve commercial operations and streamline documentation processes.·
∎ Ensure timely preparation and management of all commercial documents related to local transactions.
∎ Handle all necessary documentation including Chalan, invoices, delivery orders, and party acceptance letters.
∎ Verify and maintain records for accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.

∎ Ahmed Group, a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of Manager (Commercial) in payment realization section for a spinning mill.
∎ Job Responsibilities
