Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed public Polytechnic Institute. Or B.Sc in Civil Engineering from public universities (BUET/DUET/RUET/CUET/KUET).
∎ Skills Required: Building Materials, Civil Construction, Construction Equipment, Construction Estimating, Cost and budget, Drawing, Project Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, Civil Construction works, Real Estate project Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
∎ Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
∎ Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients.
∎ Direct and supervise construction or related workers.
∎ Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 to 15 years of experience in renowned real estate company and 10 to 12 project handover experience for Diploma in Civil Engineering.
∎ At least 8 to 10 years of experience in renowned real estate company and 8 to 10 project handover experience for B. Sc. in Civil Engineering.
∎ Experience in Construction works with 2 Basement or Semi Basement of High-rise Building will get preference.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
∎ Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
∎ Must have valid driving License with Motorcycle riding experience.
