Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil from reputed Govt/Private Institute / University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all of Construction works from initial stage to final stage.
∎ Ability to deal with client with smart presentation
∎ Should have sound knowledge in construction for at least 15 years in reputed Companies with sound knowledge in Steel Shutter works, Bill checking & preparation, experience of handling Contractors, and Master roll based works, Site reporting to Management, Basement works, precast & cast in situ pile work, finishing works with its sequence, Manpower handling with good command, basic knowledge of steel structure.
∎ Should have sufficient reference of skilled contractors of various items works.
∎ Candidate should have ability to select contractors independently.
∎ Should have proper knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost minimization, Optimal use of labor and foreman, & making working schedule.
∎ Should have proper knowledge of Safety issues.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Building codes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 15 years work experience in the related field.
∎ Should have experience in managerial post & capacity of handling multiple projects.
