Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads entire recruitment (both officers and staffs) of ACTL which includes cv screening, interview arrangement, job offer and file preparation
∎ Leads interview board for officer recruitment of ACTL
∎ Ensures all recruitment related documents (requisition, applicant evaluation form etc) are updated prior audit
∎ Performs employee joining and on boarding procedure
∎ Performs ADDIE approach of training
∎ Prepares training calendar & implements the same
∎ Performs yearly increment process of staffs and officers
∎ Ensures transfer, increment, promotion, separation and confirmation related work
∎ Follows up payroll team’s work progress
∎ Attends daily production meeting and acts as per top management instruction
∎ Verifies/prepares various SOPs of the organization
∎ Communicates with unit HR/department heads to prepare organogram of different departments as well as performs manpower planning
∎ Acts as contact point of HAC department for any HR related information
