∎ Masters in Professional Accounting/ACCA/CA/CMA (partly).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Budgetary responsibilities:
∎ Assist in formulating Annual Business Plan (ABP) of Business Acquisition Team-C.
∎ Prepare project budget & forecast according to ABP.
∎ Prepare budgetary control through observing different variance reports.
∎ Evaluate budget modification according to business improvement.
∎ Provide input to concerned authority in developing and implementing business plan in the context of overall business strategy.
∎ Accounting responsibilities:
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and compliance with reporting requirements.
∎ Update current financial status by accumulating information, preparing and analyzing receivable & Collection status.
∎ Review cash and cash equivalents, vouchers & cash book.
∎ Follow accounting policy and procedure as per business requirements.
∎ Review of bills according to the specified format of work given authority based on
∎ engineering report.
∎ Reporting functions:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report on Forecast, Revenue, Cash Flow and other reports etc.
∎ Ensure Accounting Standards in all sorts of reporting on account of Dredging Unit as per requirements of CG Accounts & Finance.
∎ Cash Cycle MIS & ERP functions:
∎ Review Cash Cycle MIS and procurement software and other ERP for Management
∎ Reporting.
∎ Cost control related responsibilities:
∎ Prepare periodical comparison of actual costs with initial estimates (over/under
∎ budget) and provide feedback to Operations.
∎ Review payments as per process, approval limit and approved budget.
∎ Sourcing responsibilities:
∎ Perform sourcing and reviewing the suppliers & vendors with engineer planning team.
∎ Negotiate with vendors, contractors and analyze results.
∎ Sourcing responsibilities:
∎ Assist in BOQ analysis of tender participation.
∎ People & Organization responsibilities:
∎ Set comprehensive goals and review performance to develop engagement in job.
∎ Collaborate with leadership to build an environment of collective responsibility and
∎ accountability through ensuring compliance to meet business and customer
∎ expectations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Ability to formulate Policy & Plan
∎ Knowledge of Accounting standards, policy & procedure, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Cost & Budget, Tax, VAT, BOQ analysis,
∎ Ability to source suppliers, ERP, and Compliance issues related to business
