Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBS/Masters/Accounting/Finance/Management from reputed university.
∎ CMA qualified having 2-3 years' experience/ Partly-qualified (1600 marks completed) having 5-6 years of experience.
∎ Good knowledge about all costing system, advance excel.
∎ Must be required any large ERP software knowledge (SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
∎ CA Article-ship holder will be preference with CMA degree
Job Context:
∎ UNIgas has constructed a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal & a Cylinder Manufacturing Plant in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations will be across the country. The company is looking for dynamic, self-motivated and high performing individuals for the position:
∎ Job Location:
∎ Corporate Office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and prepare a short term and long-term budgetary planning and Costs
∎ Management & inventory planning.
∎ Rigorously conduct extensive variance analysis between actual versus budgeted figures
∎ and place it to the competent Management on identified improvements.
∎ Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the
∎ leadership team and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and
∎ operations.
∎ Implementing cost accounting standards for cost identification, cost classification, cost estimation and cost allocation.
∎ Preparation of actual product costing monthly, half yearly and annually.
∎ Plan, analyze and report on effective & efficient Inventory management.
∎ Prepare and develop budget process including preparation, consolidation and distribution of budgets and related reports.
∎ Identify and analyze financial and nonfinancial risks in order to minimize company risks.
∎ Generate short- and long-term financial forecasting and planning in alignment with production, sales as well as stock management.
∎ Adhere to the internal company's Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in order to ensure proper cost & budget.
∎ Identify and implement appropriate and accurate product costing methods.
∎ Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance and scaling of the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word
∎ Should have sound communication skill in written English
∎ Should possess analytical skills.
