Job Responsibilities:
∎ RCA of customer concerns, strategic action planning and on-ground implementation
∎ Plan Improvement in CSI scores, bringing in delight culture
∎ Implementation of digital initiatives to better customer experience and sustain it
∎ Ensure repair manual SOP implementation, capability building of distributor manpower
∎ Pilot dealership revenue improvement plan and monitor on-ground progress
∎ Put strategy in place to improve customer retention, roll-out AMC’s
∎ Track & monitor business plan actuals vs achievement, action plan for shortfalls
∎ Plan & execute - Service camps, customer focus groups,
∎ Capture customer feedbacks on product concerns and report to HO
∎ Conduct Warranty process audits, action planning with timeline for process improvements
∎ Plan manpower training in-line with new product launches and skill enhancements
∎ Track & monitor progress for process parameters like TEA, CEA, SDD, QG, RR

∎ The applicant should have relevant experience in Customer support, technical support, improving customer experience
∎ The applicant should have experience in following business area(s): Automobiles (PV & CV)
