∎ Manager (Dairy) Companygonj Agro Industries Limited, a sister concern of Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Limit
∎ Companygonj Agro Industries Limited is a Composite Agro Based Organization comprising Dairy, Fishery, and Horticulture activities with modern equipment and reputation situated at Companygonj, Noakhali. It is the related of Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Limited under the same management. We are searching someone who is an enthusiastic, self- dynamic, skilled, and proactive to lead the organization professionally.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Dairy Production (Milk, Card and other value-added product)
∎ Feed selection and feeding monitoring with Feed Stock regular and sourcing emergency
∎ Dairy Diseases Management
∎ Insemination monitoring
∎ Communicate with farmers and dealers as well as help them on behalf of the company. Find the cause of poultry and animal disease and solving that cause.
∎ Provide technical support in response to inquiries and complaints involving animal and dairy product.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze the market and survey its potentiality.
∎ Increase production efficiency and reduces any losses and accident.
∎ As a member of Technical Service team, he must organize and present product information for veterinary practice and organizations.
∎ Grass production monitoring
∎ Daily labor management with staff sourcing and allot work among staff.
∎ Maintaining standard data of each cattle and update it regularly.
∎ Maintaining product data and report daily to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Can speak fluent English, writing efficiency in Bangla and English
∎ Experience in Feed Mill Factory as veterinarian doctor is preferred.
∎ Must have knowledge about Animal and Dairy.
∎ Candidate should have 3-4 years as managerial experience in same industries.
Salary: Negotiable
