∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM), Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor / Masters in any discipline
∎ LLB/LLM with Bar Council registration will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the collection of dues and visit the different debt recovery dealers (as per the requirement) & submit the report to the management.
∎ Ensure collection of the old dues as per monthly target.
∎ Settle ADR and Case Dealer.
∎ Must visit, validate and submit report to management before finalizing any kind of agreement or deed related to farms, dealers and others.
∎ Updating agreement and dealer related information in ERP and assist to create code.
∎ Follow-up the existing legal cases and face the case as per court date.
∎ Submit a monthly report regarding the old due case related as well as ADR Dealers.
∎ File GD/FIR/ cases as per the requirement.
∎ Liaison with private & government institutions including local police and other forces.
∎ Handle and represent the company in all legal matters.
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the authority from time to time.
∎ Debt Recovery:
