Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) in Marketing
∎ Graduation in any discipline.
∎ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have working experience in Bench / School bench Sales to Govt. Organizations / NGO / Other organizations by Tender.
∎ Work with team regularly and monitor intensely and effectively.
∎ Ability to take challenge in physically and mentally.
∎ Hunger of sales and new idea/s development.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of this line products.
∎ Make and update Route Chart and Customer List
∎ Must have the ability to motivate and lead the concern area sales & marketing team.
∎ Must be able to carry out all products' market analysis.
∎ Basing on the analysis, should be able to submit a detailed marketing plan and basing on that he should mobilize the marketing people.
∎ Should be able to achieve sales target along with his team members
∎ Communicate and visit to all Primary and secondary customers regularly
∎ Generate Monthly meeting
∎ Submit the daily, weekly and monthly marketing plan and reports
∎ Generate new ideas, plan & design for increasing sale and market positioning
∎ Have organizational & time management skills
∎ Must be pleasant, honest & good team player
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and challenge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Age 30 to 40 years.
Experience in any school bench & table marketing will be preferred.
At least 5 years experience to sales by tender.

Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangali and English.
Well conversant MS-Office.
