Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting/ Management from any reputed institution
∎ CA (CC) is prerequisite to apply for the position.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and perform key departmental process improvement initiatives including internal quality assurance; assist with audit issue trend analysis and reporting.
∎ Manage resources to ensure performance measures and metrics are established and met throughout the execution of the planned audit work.
∎ Manage, develop, train and mentor audit staff on assigned projects, and assess their performance for audit engagement review and year-end performance reviews.
∎ Liaison with the clients on all aspects of the audit or accounts.
∎ Ensuring that business risks are identified and effectively controlled by the follow-up task.
∎ Focus on process & internal control improvement, Costs optimization, Inventory management, waste management and raw material usage control audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years'of experience in relevant field.
∎ Skill in Process engineering, lean management, Internal control, Business analysis, Costs optimization will be preferred.
