Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Innovative Creation Ltd. is a 360-marketing agency established in 2009. It is a wing under Impress Group, one of the most diversified conglomerates of Bangladesh. As a Manager of Digital Marketing & Client Service, you will lead concept development and execution of innovative digital strategies an active role in brand briefings based on board creative thinking.Plan and execute all digital marketing advertising campaigns Design, build and maintain a social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative strategies Collaborate with internal teams to monitor the creative designs Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Collaborate work with clients and other vendor partners Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings Work jointly with the internal team to drive campaign strategy & development Develop promotional materials (static photos & motion videos etc.). Create and post shareable videos and images. Establish best practices in digital marketing & stay up to date with digital technologies developments Any other task as required by the authority.
