Job Context:
∎ Soorty Textiles (BD) Ltd is a high quality Denim Garments manufacture in Comilla - EPZ. It is vertical setup of denim garment manufacturing company with Embroidery, Printing Laundry & ETP. We are certified for GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard)/OCS (Organic Content Standard)/LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)/BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative)/SMETA (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit).
∎ Location: Comilla Export Processing Zone
∎ Reporting Authority: Head of R&D
∎ Work Hours : 8-hour work shift, 8:00 am-5:00 pm and as per company policy
∎ Saturday to Thursdays
∎ Minimal amount of being "on-call"
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop colors and washes in non-denim garments with dry and wet process, in conjunction with designer specifications.
∎ Closely follow up dry process work schedule to ensure effective work floor
∎ Work with production team to ensure bulk production meets development standards, conduct quality control checks.
∎ Explore new ways of finishing to achieve more consistent products which are cost effective.
∎ Look for improvements in efficiency and consistence of production processes
∎ Maintain library records of all dye and wash standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Knowledge of any kind of dry process, Whisker pattern making, 3D Whisker, PP spray, Pigment Spray, Sand Blasting, Tagging ,Crinkle, & Grinding
∎ Knowledge about all kind of resin application
Salary: Negotiable
