Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop new food products based on market needs and trends.
∎ Experiment with recipes to ensure the taste, texture, and quality are right.
∎ Make sure every product meets the company’s quality standards.
∎ Ensure products meet food safety laws and guidelines, like HACCP or BSTI standards.
∎ Find and manage suppliers to get the best ingredients at the right price.
∎ Oversee the production process to maintain high-quality standards.
∎ Perform tests to check the product’s quality, safety, and shelf life.
∎ Make sure the packaging is safe, attractive, and meets all labeling regulations.
∎ Manage budgets for product development and quality control to keep costs under control.
∎ Train team members about food safety, quality standards, and new product development methods.
