Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of Quality Assurance Department
∎ Operational:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of quality assurance as per guideline, policy and procedures.
∎ Perform sample preparation and standard quality tests on cement and concrete.
∎ Responsible to prepare analytical reports on quality assurance.
∎ Responsible for assuring the product quality and make specification for seeking of best quality by checking batch to batch raw materials.
∎ Maintain liaison with concern of BSTI, BUET, CUET, LGED, Environmental Department and others Govt/Semi-Govt authorities for cement Quality issues and for regulatory aspects, if any.
∎ Conduct the Research and Development for cost saving considering the consistence ii. quality.
∎ Periodically check the performance of all lab equipment and check all the calibration works in our Lab with our own master equipment and yearly calibrate in BUET and BSTI.
∎ Ensure safety of the maintenance team.
∎ To ensure teamwork in a cohesive manner.
∎ Willingness to travel to various locations countrywide for customer requirements and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for any other duties assigned by the Management.
∎ Office Administration:
∎ Support to maintain and keep Office environment in order as per guidance of the Management.
∎ Coach the lab operators to enhance performance for effective performance.
∎ Ensuring proper documentations and filing of official records as per guideline of ISO 9001 as well as the management desire.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years experience of which 3 years as "Manager" position in cement manufacturing Organization.
∎ Profound experience in leading and guiding laboratory staff.
∎ Sound knowledge of quality management systems, cement chemistry, cement microscopy, production process and concrete technology.
∎ Profound knowledge of product analysis methods of national and International standard.
∎ Very good understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Sound communication skills, an outstanding ability to work in a team and a confident manner.
