Job Responsibilities:
∎ To carry out all dye lab activities in coordination with dyeing, finishing, p.control departments.
∎ Selection of pes & CO&PA & CPB dye stuff.
∎ Selection of optimum dyeing method as per cost &Customer standards.
∎ Lab dip development and color shade check, in accordance with customer requirement.
∎ Ensuring spectrophotometer readings done properly and prepare dye receipe by Spectrophotometer .
∎ Using spectrophotometer for preparing corrective receipe & re-dyeing receipes..
∎ Ensuring running data color effectively & Input to make database for new Dyes stuff.
∎ Color expansion of selected dye stuff .
∎ Ensuring running auto lab dispensing system effectively.
∎ Preparing Qtx file and lab dip samples.
∎ Preparing 1st Bulk Sample dye receipes and providing them to bulk production .
∎ Follow up and correlation of Lab receipe and bulk production receipes.
∎ Ensuring shade delivery OTP & RFT.
∎ Visual and spectrophotometric Matching shades (polyester, Pa, viscouse, elastane and blends) in lab and ensuring on time Lab to Bulk delivery .
∎ Training all lab personnel on lab processes & machinery.
∎ Solving the color matching problem during finishing and if required, recommending solution by the help of spectrophotometer for the better performance.
∎ Handle all types of fabric dyeing like Polyester, Viscose , Poly amide ,Cotton, elastane.
∎ Ensuring RSL free fabric production (Implying RSL,ZDHC in dye, chemical selection).

∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
