Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: To support BRAC to develop, implement and monitor initiatives related to enhancing employee value proposition, facilitating organisation development initiatives, and applying past experience and wisdom to effectively build BRAC`s reputation and relationship with potential employees, especially in universities and professional forums.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyse, design, develop, deliver and evaluate impact of employee value proposition related initiatives
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to design interventions, develop schedule, run and coordinate seminars, workshops and campus-based activities
∎ Lead career development initiatives and coach individual rising leaders from network of campus representatives
∎ Create surveys that allow the organisation to evaluate its perception among target audiences
∎ Design content and promote presence on social media to attract the right audience
∎ Monitor, follow up and ensure successful implementation of all initiatives
∎ Ensure successful implementation of yearly calendar
∎ Participate in appropriate forums (seminars, workshops, discussions, symposium etc.) related to leadership development among youth and fresh graduates
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
∎ Design, develop and evaluate impact of interventions and initiatives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Public speaking and presentation skills
∎ Project planning
∎ Problem solving through creative and innovative idea generation and implementation
∎ Branding
∎ Creative Communication, Stakeholder Management, Coaching and mentoring, Human centered design
