∎ 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience from any reputed organization
∎ Proven working experience in Malaysia & UAE preferably within the FMCG sector
∎ Strong understanding of the export market and consumer behaviour
∎ Excellent sales analytical skills and preferably in the Malaysian & UAE language
∎ Hands-on knowledge of export laws, rules and regulations

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise & lead the smooth and effective functioning of the relevant SKUs sales to drive top-line growth in existing as well as new export markets and prepare innovative sales plans to achieve higher value realization
∎ Make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing new customers to achieve year on year target set by the management
∎ Assist in the formulation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) of the organization through inputs in terms of market assessments, trends, and likely movements to ensure the development of a realistic business plan and its implementation
∎ Ensure an increase in the export market share and profitability by facilitating market and business development by confirming timely product delivery and reducing product damage
∎ Assist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our products
∎ Continuously monitor competitors'activities to understand demand-supply scenarios and regulato-ry issues to formulate strategies for increasing export market share
∎ Drive high levels of customer service standards across the organization to increase customer satisfaction in the export market
∎ Number of Position: 02 (Malaysia & UAE)
