Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute export sales strategies for target regions (Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, etc.).
∎ Identify new business opportunities, appoint distributors/partners, and build long-term relationships in international markets.
∎ Achieve revenue and volume targets from export channels.🔹 Market Research & Expansion
∎ Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Recommend pricing strategies and product modifications based on market needs.
∎ Plan product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning for international markets.🔹 Export Operations & Documentation
∎ Manage export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO, LC, etc.) and ensure compliance with international trade laws and incoterms.
∎ Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and customs officials for timely shipment and clearance.
∎ Ensure compliance with destination country regulations (FDA, HALAL, EAC, CE, etc.).🔹 Cross-functional CoordinationWork closely with production, packaging, supply chain, QA, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
∎ Monitor inventory for export and resolve bottlenecks in production or supply chain.🔹 Customer Relationship & After-Sales
∎ Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.
∎ Maintain strong communication with overseas partners for demand forecasting and stock planning.🔹 Reporting & Compliance
∎ Track export sales performance and report to senior management.
∎ Monitor payment collections, ensure LC documentation accuracy, and coordinate with banks for timely processing.
∎ Ensure all export activities are compliant with international and domestic regulations.
∎ Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Manager to oversee and grow our international sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end export activities, including sales, documentation, compliance, logistics, and coordination with international clients and partners. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG exports and a deep understanding of global markets, trade regulations, and documentation processes.
