Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Manager-Fabric Planning.
∎ The position is for 100% Knit Composite Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Booking received, analyzed, summarized & work order follow up
∎ After getting work order make TNA for fabric planning & delivery.
∎ Follow up the TNA strictly and must achieve the target.
∎ Submit shade to buying house.
∎ Fully responsible for loading & unloading plan Dyeing machine.
∎ Responsible for batch & dyeing plan for both in-house & subcontract.
∎ Develop & maintain status information that provides accurate analysis of raw material, work in process & unreleased work.
∎ Directs and supervises the continuous improvement and implementation of planning and monitoring techniques
∎ Identifies cost reduction opportunities through appropriate and timely production planning, monitoring support and analysis, method & management system development.
∎ Follow-up the daily given targets and major quality and other issues with the given plans, pressurize, motivate, help and guide the respective person to achieve their quality, quantity & very strict on reduction of wastage and short quantities.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Should have working experience in renowned knit composite factory.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Fabric Planning.
