∎ BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, monitor and update project plan, allocate resources effectively by project schedule.
∎ Understand project requirements, roles & responsibilities, work processes, and success criteria. Plan and arrange necessary project resources.
∎ Maintain the project plan, issues list, and other supporting documents throughout the project to meet expectations of senior management and ensure achievement of project milestones.
∎ Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
∎ Provide inputs in manpower planning, develop organizational structure and factory organogram.
∎ Assist in recruitment of engineers and sourcing of workers/operators. Oversee training for new factory workers/operators.
∎ Collaborating with production and quality team to establish and execute optimum processes.
∎ Increase production, assets capacity and minimize wastages, costs while maintaining existing quality standards.
∎ Oversee maintenance of machineries collaboration with the maintenance team
∎ Prepare various reports related to production plan, shifting schedules and share with senior management.
∎ Develop SOPs and set standards/KPIs for factory operations
∎ Efficiently coordinate with senior management, support departments, third party contractors and other relevant govt./non govt stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years of relevant experience in vehicle assembly/manufacturing industry.
∎ Hands on experience in establishment/inception of a factory.
∎ Project & people management skills.
∎ Experience of leading a large team/factory.
∎ Result oriented and ability to work independently.
