Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Major in Accounting and Finance
∎ CA/ ICMA (Partly qualified / M.Com in Accounting/ MBA (Major in Accounting/ Finance).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise preparation of financial statements to Club Management in monthly, half yearly and yearly basis for all segments.
∎ Annual Budgeting & Budgetary Controlling.
∎ Departmental staff training & supervising.
∎ Compliance of standard procedures and approval of all vouchers, Control all money receipts and ensuring and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ All financial correspondences with inside & outside stakeholders.
∎ To ensure that the Finance Department is administered according to the guidelines of the Club.
∎ To deal with external auditors and other outside auditors/consultants.
∎ Inventory and fixed assets management.
∎ To arrange/organize meetings of Audit & Finance Committee in regular basis.
∎ To perform any other job/duties/responsibilities assign by management of the Club time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Five years experience as a Manager or 10 years as Assistant Manager / Chief Accountant in well reputed organization. Efficient in computer with computerized accounting is must. In such case minimum academic qualification must be M Com. MBA.
Salary:
∎ Salary/Benefit: Basic Tk. 32,288/- + 55% House Rent + Medical 1094/- + Tiffin 313/- + Conveyance 313/- + Yearly Increment 1081/- + KGC Allowance 2645 +Service Charge 3000/- (Approx) and two festival bonus and one Boishakhi bonus with other admissible facilities as per KGC Pay Scale.
