Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Excellent F&B knowledge, must understand the concept of luxury.
∎ Excellent in guest handling skills. Supervising activities in a specialty Fine Dining Restaurant, menu planning, preparing duty rosters, reports, suggestive and Up selling.
∎ Ensuring high level of service is held and maintained.
∎ Ensuring the correct service sequences are carried through at all times.
∎ Training the Captains, Servers and Trainees to maintain on a constant basis the highest possible service and conduct them in a first class manner.
∎ Ensuring an effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
∎ Establishing and maintaining effective inter-departmental working relationships.
∎ Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
∎ Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving targets.
∎ Preparing purchase requisition & store requisition of F & B store ensuring Minimum stock level.
∎ Preparing purchase requisition & store requisition of Large package program discussed with the Main Chef.
∎ Preparing sales report as stated format by Head Office
∎ We are looking for Manager - Food & Beverage at Foy's Lake Complex, Chattogram of Concord Group of Companies.
∎ Responsibilities:
