Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor in any discipline
∎ BUTEX will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain and responsible All kinds of Quality related work.
∎ To maintain identification, segregation, clearing and record keeping.
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the merchandising department.
∎ To monitor and control all kinds of the embroidery production process
∎ Understand all the details of this garment orders from preventive stage of material & garment sample development, basic lab testing and its required tools / equipment, fabric inspection penalty points / system used, cutting, printing/embroidery, sewing, several types of wet & dry washing, finishing, packing, mold preventive control, pre-final and required final inspection
∎ Gathering reference approved swatch samples as to color / shade conformity.
∎ To monitor quality production, target every hour of a day.
∎ Report head of Quality about daily & total production status according to order and artwork.
∎ Bulk fabric shade continuity, GSM, shrinkage, color fastness standard testing, other buyer lab testing requirements, etc.
∎ Size set submission from factories, pre-production meeting (checking all necessary information details / focus areas) & trial production
∎ Working hand-in-hand with Merchandising Department by providing them on time information's / getting actual production status & quality issues
∎ To conduct internal inspection prior to buyer's final inspection to be ensured required quality as per buyer's standard
∎ To attend all buyer meetings related to quality and shipment and will fulfill their requirements.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and hygienic condition.
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various quality training program.
∎ Discuss with Head of department before taking any final decisions.
∎ Any Others task will be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s).
Salary: Negotiable
