Fabrics Printing Production of any large Printing industry., Screen Printing, Sublimation Printing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall production & Management of a compliant Screen Printing Units.
∎ The candidate should have extensive knowledge of all types of knit/woven garments, printing, printing colors, and chemical uses, as well as an understanding of brand chemicals used in various current products ordered for the buyers.
∎ Manage the team to provide the best printing production output.
∎ Take the right initiative to use the materials, machines, and manpower efficiently.
∎ Increase profitability by finding cost savings and reducing chemical waste.
∎ To maintain the quality during mass production and manage rejects.
∎ Create and implement a production method to increase productivity and efficiency.
∎ To control all type of wastage and process loss.
∎ Familiar with the modern printing machines.
∎ Work with other departments to coordinate continuously regarding all tasks connected to printing.
∎ Developing and managing a strategic framework by driving an effective and efficient planning cycle and implementing the same to the fullest in production stage of Printing work as part of day to day workflow management.
∎ The candidate must have experience-
∎ (a) In Supervision, Production and Quality control of at least 15 years.
∎ (b) As Manager (Head of Printing) at least 05 (five) years production in Planning, Sample development, Quality and Cost control in Printing Units.
∎ Any other task has given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates must have good on computer literacy in MS word, Excel, E-mail etc.
∎ Must have clear hand writing in English and Bengali.
∎ Must have good command in English language.
