Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all HR & Administrative issues of the factory as per labor law benchmark and preset standard.
∎ Plan & coordinate HR & administrative procedures & systems.
∎ Supervising day-to-day operations of HR & Administration department in factory.
∎ Ensure all licenses, renewals, and new permission if required along with other relevant necessary papers required for the Factory
∎ Manage Factory staff and worker recruitment, employee files, payroll management, confirmation, yearly increment, leave management, termination, final settlement, employee grievance, necessary letter issuance, and other HR-related works
∎ Ensure Factory training and performance management
∎ Develop a necessary policy for the company and other relevant policies as per the guidance of the legal framework
∎ Ensure motivation and counseling of the staff in order to get maximum productivity
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of Buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ To execute Orientation, Training and awareness program for the Workers.
∎ To maintain administrative & human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Motivate, Counsel Workers & staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Ensure different compliance audits such as IMS, BSCI, etc. audit fulfilling the requirements timely & Follow up compliance related task as well.
∎ Maintain and implement standard for all security, housekeeping and dining facilities related issues of the factory.
∎ Monitor & ensure on time delivery/shipment of garments.
∎ Production floor monitoring for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery/movement of Goods to suppliers, Subcontractor & inter factory.
∎ Ensure the Waste (Jute, dust, poly, carton etc.) management & delivery of wastage to selected party.
∎ Ensure renewal of all necessary factory related license/certificates/permits of factories.
∎ Maintain transport and ensure all logistics support as and when required.
∎ Prepare, monitor and control factory HR & Admin budget effectively.
∎ Monitoring inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
∎ Regular checkup fire protection, implement fire drill, standing fire pump.
∎ Maintain good liaison with different related govt. authorities, BGMEA, BKMEA, and local authorities.
∎ Analyzes operational processes and develops performance metrics to improve productivity and efficiency of operations.
∎ Ensure a risk free work environment through preventing unexpected safety hazards and formulating risk mitigation plan.
∎ Ensure transparency in operating/ administrative expenses & strive for continuous improvement in existing systems with specific focus on best practices.
∎ Ensure longevity of every asset such as Machineries’, Furniture, electrical instruments & setting arrangements by confirming regular maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure a comfortable & enjoyable work environment by maintaining a soothing & reasonable atmosphere through proper management of Canteen, tea/ snacks arrangement, prayer room, conference room and support staff.
∎ Take care of team members through motivation, inspiration and guidance that encourages team bonding within the department.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Garments Factories.
∎ Capability to work hard with proactive manner
∎ Should have ready to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation, particularly MS Office.
∎ Must be fluent in both English & Bangla.
