∎ At least 7 - 8 years experience ; experience in media industry will be a plus.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Advocate top management in designing HR strategies for the TV channel which supports organization growth and support Line Functions as HRBP to ensure optimum performance of employees.
∎ Involve in manpower planning and onboard the right people for the right job to ensure current and future manpower requirements.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategies aligned with the organization’s business objective and industry standard.
∎ Work on Organogram , Job description and assist in developing clear performance metrics, key performance indicators for all roles in the organization and propose revision as and when required.
∎ Assist in payroll processing activities( attendance, rotation, shift, and leave management etc) ensuring accurate and timely payments and maintain HRIS systems and databases with up-to-date employee information.
∎ Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees of Deepto TV.
∎ Manage employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair and ensure employee counseling, grievance handling and disciplinary procedure through a systematic approach and in compliance with labor low.
∎ Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
∎ Maintain liaison with regulatory bodies for smooth business operation.
∎ Record, Monitor & follow up proper management and maintenance of company assets, equipment, vehicle, security and safety issues
∎ Set effective strategy and guidelines to optimize different types of administrative cost.
