∎ Post Graduation Diploma on Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Conduct interviews and contribute to the selection process.
∎ Handle employee relations matters with a fair and consistent approach, ensuring a positive work environment. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, working towards resolution.
∎ Implement programs to enhance employee morale and teamwork. Manage the performance appraisal process, guiding managers and employees through goal-setting and evaluations.
∎ Provide coaching and support to address performance issues and foster professional growth.
∎ Implement performance improvement plans when necessary. Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and deliver effective training programs.
∎ Support employees in their professional development and career growth. Facilitate training sessions or coordinate external training resources.
∎ Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.
∎ Evaluate and recommend adjustments to the benefits package as needed. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
∎ Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes adhere to legal requirements. Provide guidance to management on HR-related compliance matters.
∎ Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Promote and embody the organization's values, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Organize team-building activities and events.
