∎ Masters/MBA in HRM from a reputed University/Institute;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance management, and Compensation & Benefits;
∎ Implement effective performance management process;
∎ Develop and implement HR Policies & procedures for the organization;
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth;
∎ To make all correspondences related to HR & Administration;
∎ Prepare budgets for HR and ensure proper management of the same;
∎ Maintaining personnel files and ensure proper maintenance of all employee database in HR software;
∎ Manage employee's grievances and other personnel-related issues;
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate companies/Club/Hotel;
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law/Rules;
∎ Must be able to work with (ERP) HRIS Software and Microsoft Office Tools.
