∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role (preferably in the hospitality sector).
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.
∎ Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and training.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with labor laws and company standards.
∎ Manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure proper staffing of all departments.
∎ Plan and coordinate employee training, development, and performance appraisal systems.
∎ Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
∎ Foster a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and reports.
∎ Ensure health, safety, and labor law compliance at all times.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
