∎ Candidates having minimum 7 years related experience in reputed Knit composite Garments / Manufacturing Industries out of which 2 years in similar position are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have minimum 07 years related experience in payroll management.
∎ Candidates having hands on experience in managing the HR Payroll issues of Large Knit Composite Garments Factory are encouraged to apply.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic & result oriented
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms
∎ Should have very good knowledge on computer applications especially in ERP software & MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Group consists of large Knit Composite Garments & Spinning Mills.
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for performing ERP based Payroll & HRIS related activities of the Group Companies at Head Office independently.
∎ The candidate is required to generate various reports as per requirement of Head of the department and top management.
∎ The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge on HR issues like payroll management, attendance & leave management, recruitment, performance management, training, grievance management, labor laws etc.
